5.1.1 WCAG 1.4.12 (AA) - Desktop

When text spacing is applied to the website, content is partially obscured due to a rigid design.

For example, on the Home page, the placeholder text in the search bar reads’ Search the full we’ when it should read ‘Search the full website’.

Similarly, on the Study landing page and the Research page, the h2 elements underneath the images are obscured.

Users with reading difficulties, low vision and other cognitive disabilities may require additional styling applied to help perceive the content.

5.1.2 Recommendation

Ensure that additional styling can be applied for users with cognitive disabilities by implementing a responsive design.
