8.6.1 WCAG 1.4.11 (AA) - Desktop, Mobile, iPad

The white colour of the play button against the background colours in the videos makes it very difficult for users to perceive the content on screen. The colour contrast ratio fails to meet the minimum colour contrast ratio of 3:1 for interactive elements.

People with visual impairments including low vision and colour blindness are especially likely to struggle with controls when contrast is too low. Most people find it easier to see and use UI Components when they have sufficient contrast against the background.

8.6.2 Recommendation

Ensure that interactive elements have sufficient colour contrast between foreground and background colours to meet the WCAG criteria with a ratio of 3:1.
