6.7.1 WCAG 1.3.1 (A) - Desktop, iPhone

The right-pointing chevron in the ‘See all student news’ link is announced by screen readers as ‘greater than’ which is likely to cause confusion for screen reader users.

6.7.2 Recommendation

For any icons that are purely decorative and do not convey information, consider using the aria-hidden attribute which hides content from assistive technology, but not visually.
